Ok so i have dark brown hair…This is a picture of my hair and how actual dark it is

Has anyone ever done this before? Also my hair has never been coloured or straightened and its shorter than it was in the photos.

I think the blonde would look okay on you, but you NEED to go to a good hairstylist that specializes in coloring hair. This is not the time to find a cheap hairstylist to do it fast and cheap. Also, make sure you get a deep-conditioner after or something so your hair doesn’t get completely fried…Ask your hairstylist after it’s done what you can get. K I know this sounds really extreme, but if you want to go for a really intense, chic look I would consider getting a red dye job done. Your face kinda reminds me of Rebecca from Canada’s Next Top Model.
